Our rates are listed per night/per full house (maximum of 10 people) and include (1) airport-house-airport transfer service, breakfast, and the services of a team of 3 housekeepers exclusively responsible for daily cleaning.
The kitchen staff will be at your service to prepare morning coffee and breakfast (included in the rate). You can coordinate lunch, snacks, or dinner options (at an additional cost) with our Customer Engagement lead prior to your arrival or on-site.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the property. A passport and/or ID will be required for each guest prior to arrival, and only registered guests will be permitted to stay overnight on the premises.

Given COVID restrictions, Casa Azzurra Luxury Boutique Houses has established an alliance with a local lab, in order to enable guests to have the required covid tests performed on time -in accordance with requirements of international authorities- and to be able to fly back as scheduled from Colombia into the United States and Europe. The cost of the test, unlike in the United States, and some countries in Europe is not covered by the government, thus, it has to be paid by each traveler. Casa Azzurra Luxury Boutique Houses is not business-related, does not economically intermediate, receive money, gifts, or any type of commissions from the lab. The price of the test is set by the lab, and calculated in US Dollars, according to the exchange rate of the day when the test is to be performed.
